Wagamama the award winning international food franchise that opened in Spinola Bay, St Julian’s in November 2009 has just re-opened its doors with a new look. In line with ongoing product development at Wagamama’s London headquarters, this ever popular Asian food concept famous for its spartan, canteen- like design has moved towards a more contemporary style in its design and furnishings.

The wooden benches have been upholstered and drum shaped pendant lamps hang low over the tables shedding a warm intimate glow of light. The overall feel is more like a restaurant and more conducive to a longer stay rather than the fast in and out original format required in London’s super efficient commercial centre where Wagamama first opened its doors.

Acclaimed for its great noodle dishes, Wagamama is far more than that. Chinese, Thai and Japanese flavours and ingredients all go into the several dishes that make this a top choice for fine Asian food. The menu has also seen changes with a better range of starter dishes and desserts as well as some great new main courses taken from Wagamama menus around the world, like the delicious Lamb Kouma from New Zealand.

The most welcome change to all Noodle lovers is that the new menu prices offer even better value. Take out remains an option, and delivery is on the way.
