Should the last remaining green open space between the Cavalieri Hotel and Portomaso, which is listed as an ecological zone by Mepa, be destroyed and lost forever and replaced by another 40 apartments?

The developers argue that the site is a dump, but as everybody can see, it is a beautiful green area that is enjoyed by all the people in the vicinity, and it includes the protected old bastion wall with the greenery leading down to the sea.

I suppose the developers will be allowed to build it eventually, after all might is usually always right in Malta!

It does not matter that the residents of Spinola Road and all around this green zone will suffocate and a sight like this is lost forever.
