The ‘Palace Open’ tournament has become an annual fixture on the Malta Squash calendar. It is always one of the most popular tournaments that the Association organises.

All the national team players are expected to take part in this event, which is taking place on 10 March, at the Malta Union Club, because it will be the last tournament before the European Team Championships which are being held in Malta from 18 to 21 April.

Although there will still be three categories, the format this time is slightly different. There is the usual ‘A’ men’s event for national team and top players, the ‘B’ Open is for intermediate players and beginners, and then there is also a Ladies Open event for all levels of players.
