The You Shop We Ship Women player of the month award has been won by Hibs’ American player Lena Gipson.

For Gipson this is the first individual award in Malta since joining Hibs this season. In February Hibs won the Bank of Valletta knock-out and had a positive run in the league.

Gipson contributed to these results by scoring 55 points ending as the women’s second best top scorer for the month of February.

Gipson is the un-contested top rebounder for the women’s season so far with an average of 16.89 rebounds per game. She also features 2.26 steals and 1.68 assists per game.
