Instead of singing its own praises and telling us how much it has done with so little in such a rough economic climate, the government really should get down to solving a very real problem that is affecting everyone in Malta and Gozo – the disastrous state of the roads.
It is now beyond a joke. It actually takes the internet and social media to get craters fixed. That’s the way it goes. The government will not order repairs until it becomes a joke not to. And here we all are, paying out road taxes. What for? Our roads have to be the worst in Europe and there are some third world countries that have better ones !
