The You Shop We Ship Player of the Month Award for the 1st Division Men for March was won by the Marco Matijevic.

He is in his third season with Siggiewi and the fifth one in Maltese basketball.

For Matijevic this is the fifth time in his career that he won this award having succeeded three times with Luxol and once with Siġġiewi last season.

During the past month, Siġġiewi obtained a play-offs placing in the league. Matijevic contributed to these results by scoring 101 points including 4 three pointers ending the third best scorer for the month.

Marco Matijevic is also the fourth best rebounder of the season with an average of 11.27 rebounds per game and features 1.41 assists per game.
