A team formed by MFA employees, another from among Bank of Valletta employees and a third team consisting of sports journalists and Members of Parliament, will be taking part in a tournament in aid of Puttinu Cares next Monday.

The event is being organised by the Malta Football Association and is being staged at the Ta’ Qali national stadium. All the proceeds will go towards Puttinu Cares.

Also taking part in the event are the singers Tiziana and Claudia Faniello as well as the band Airport Impressions.

The first match between BoV and MFA employees starts at 6.30pm. At 7.30pm, the loser faces the Sports journalists/MPs team while the third match starts at 8.30pm.

Some guest players from the local Premier League clubs are also expected to take part.

Between matches, there will also be a penalty shootout for Nuseries children against goalkeepers Mario Muscat and Saviour Darmanin.

Admission at the West side of the Stadium will be free of charge, but everyone is urged to give a donation towards Puttinu Cares.

The event is being organised in collaboration with Rennie Zerafa and Angele Cuschieri from Puttinu Cares.
