Skolasport, organised by Kunsill Malti għall-iSport (KMS) with the support of Kellogg’s, concluded its 2011-2012 programme with the end-of-year show. Skolasport participants gathered at the Cottonera Sports Complex to show their abilities in front of an audience consisting of parents, relatives and friends.

The event, compered by TV personality Joe Tanti, kicked off with a karate demonstration and was followed by dance routines with groups of children from the various KMS Skolasport disciplines. The Event closed off with a Zumba Party for all the children and their families.

During the presentation of the Kellogg’s sponsorship to KMS Skolasport, Tony Papadoukakis, Kellogg’s Market Development Manager for the Mediterranean, said: “For the past twelve years, Kellogg’s has been supporting Skolasport as it believes in its valuable service of developing sport talents among the young Maltese generation. Both Kellogg’s and Skolasport share the same goals of promoting a healthy lifestyle through a balanced diet and sports participation.”

For the third year, the ‘Annabelle Vassallo Award’ for the most committed coach was presented to Ms Liz Said by KMS Chairman, Bernard Vassallo.
