The Italian football federation has upheld Pescara’s appeal against its two-point penalty for match-fixing, instead reducing the club’s punishment to a €30,000 fine.

The decision means Pescara will start its first campaign back in Serie A level with the rest of the clubs.

Also in Serie B, Albinoleffe will start next campaign with a nine-point disadvantage rather than 15 and Monza on minus four rather than minus five.
