The Malta Canoe Federation is organizing a Kayak Open day tomorrow. The event will be held at Mellieha Bay near the MAXIMA LIDO between 9:30am and 5pm.

The MCF will be providing a limited number of sea kayaks, surskis as well as mini kayaks for children though the interested public who have their own kayak are free to join in with their own kayaks as well.

There will Rolling sessions in the morning between 9:30am and 10.30am and in the afternoon between 1.30pm and 2.30pm.

Sea rescue drills will be held between 11:00am and noon and again between 3pm and 4pm. Throughout the day there will also be some demos ad well as guided tours.

Anyone interested in starting to kayak must join for a taster session whilst those who are experienced why not try to learn some new skills.
