Putting People in space since 1967

Malta Independent Sunday, 15 July 2012, 00:00 Last update: about 14 years ago

Belair Property recently unveiled the brand’s new logo. Adopting a modern style, the logo together with the tag line ‘Putting People in Space Since 1967’ is sure to get people talking.

The aim of the new tag line is to put emphasis on the Belair brand. Founded in 1967, Belair represents over 45 years of successfully satisfying a diverse range of clients and their respective needs. After housing people, families and businesses for decades, the brand wanted to make others aware of this achievement, an accomplishment it is very proud of.

The logo itself demonstrates the company’s ‘no time wasting approach’ that Belair is famous for. Keeping the iconic “B” from the old logo, the addition of ‘Property’ (which replaces ‘Real Estate’) binds old and new. The crisp bold blue, teamed with the fresh lime green depicts not only the corporate side of the brand, but also gives a vibrant and modern account of where the brand is heading. This streamlined approach has been extended to their web address, which has changed from belair-malta.com to belair.com.mt.

Led by managing director Ian Casolani, together with excellent partners and an efficient, specialised team of property consultants, Belair has long been at the forefront of real estate in Malta. Offering the same trusted service since its inception in 1967, it provides clients with an extensive range of advice and services in property investment opportunities. This includes residential and second home markets, commercial leasing, buy-to-let, hotels and development projects, among other ancillary services.

Over the years, this dedication to their trade has seen Belair grow steadily. Not only has it become a firm favourite with local corporate and residential clients but also foreign ones. Belair’s committed team of experts go out of their way to cater for a wide range of clients’ property needs. It is this commitment that has expanded the business, with a new office in Spinola Bay this March.
