International FINA and LEN referee Peter Balzan, photo, has been nominated by LEN to officiate matches in the Kazan Open international tournament  that will be held in Kazan, Russia between 1 and 6 August.

The teams participating will be Russia, as host country, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Montenegro, Georgia and Ukraine.

The delegate will be Issy Kramer of Israel.
