Jeffery Pisani was the overall winner of The Profs Maemple Trap Selection organised by The Malta Shooting Sport Federation this weekend at Bidnija.

This competition consisted on a first round shoot-out on 125 clays Trap. Subsequently, the best six shooters qualify for a barrage final of another 25 single shots, for a total of 150 possible clays.

Jeffery Pisani placed first with 115 clays out of 125, hitting a further 19 in the final barrage for a total of 134 out 150.

Silvio Attard placed second with 115 clays from the first round, and a further 17 in the final barrage for a total of 132 out of 150.

Stephen Vella placed third with 111 hits in the first round and 19 in the final barrage for a total of 130 out of 150.

Jason J.Aquilina and Noel Attard placed fouth and fifth respectively, albeit both having the same score. They hit a total of 129 clays, 108 in the first round and a further 21 in the final barrage.

Nicky Carabott placed sixth with 111 clays in the first round and 16 in the final barrage for a total of 127.

At the end of the competition, Malta Shooting Sport Federation President Savior Portelli (pictured right) presented medals to winners.
