The MFA has announced that the sale of tickets for the Bank of Valletta Super Cup match between champions Valletta and Trophy holders Hibernians – the new season’s curtain opener - will commence next Saturday 28 July and continues till Wednesday 1 August.

Tickets are obtainable from the two clubs.

The match is being played at the Ta’ Qali national Stadium on Friday 3 August and starts at 8pm.

On match day, ticket booths at the Stadium will open at 6.15pm and the doors will open at 6.30pm.

Valletta FC supporters will be at the West A and C stands while those of Hibernians will be at the Millennium E and F stands – this, after a draw between the two sides on the request of the Police.

Admission prices are as follows:

Adults: €6; KartAnzjan: €4; Children: €1.
