The Bank of Valletta Premier League, as already established in the draws held earlier last month, will kick off on 18 August with two matches – Rabat Ajax-Qormi and Sliema W.-Floriana.

Hamrun S. then face Balzan and Valletta meet Tarxien R. the next day, while on Monday 20 August, the two matches will be Hibernians-Mosta and Birkirkara-Melita.

The official fixtures for all the divisions were released yesterday by the Malta Football Association.

The BoV first division will only start on Friday 14 September with the Mqabba-St Andrews and B’Buga St Peter’s-Zejtun C. games. Four other matches are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.

The second division is scheduled to start on 14 September with matches at the Luxol Stadium while the this division kicks off on Sunday 16 September with matches at three different venues.

The women’s league (first and second divisions) gets under way on Tuesday 18 September.
