Brazilian striker Jhonnattann Da Concecao has signed a one-year contract with Birkirkara FC, according to the club’s official website.

Earlier last month, he was on trial with Valletta FC, but was not retained and therefore released by the champions.

Jhonnattann first underwent a trial with the Stripes and took part in the matches in connection with the AME Cup where he left a good impression, scoring in two of the matches.

Jhonnattann will fill the gap left by Jorge Santos Silva who was released last month as he wished to continue his playing career in Brazil.
