The UN Committee Against Torture declared that the use of taser guns constitutes a form of torture and that it could even provoke death. More interference from a bunch of idiots who don’t know what they are talking about. Why not give people a choice, you can either be tasered or shot… which do you prefer! There is a 100% fail-safe way of avoiding coming into contact with the wrong end of a taser, don’t break the law.
