With regard to women and quotas, I would like to state that while I do not agree with quotas in principle, I do agree with them in practice, at least for the time being.

Why do I agree? At present women are still at a disadvantage. Our society is still being managed by recommendations from the Church and secret societies. Both the Church and the secret societies are still dominated by men who recommend men for important positions.

The women’s organisations are not doing enough to overcome this problem. Maybe some of the women leaders are in the pay of men-dominated organisations. Women should be encouraged to wear a symbol on their clothing to show their disapproval of the situation...

Let’s hope that we shall soon see women priests and the eradication of secret societies.
