A lot of water came down in a few hours last night. By all accounts, it was quite a large amount. But at the end of the day, it is only rain. We do not get mudslides. We do not get forced out of our houses. We do not have to wade to work. We do not sit in stagnant sewer overflows. Come on people, just get over it, it’s a bit of sorely needed (and probably not harvested) natural rainwater.
