MISCO Consulting have recently awarded a group of students who successfully completed the City & Guilds Award in Office Procedures.

The Award in Office Procedures is designed to provide participants with the administration skills required and develop the knowledge that enable the new and developing office professionals to maximise their contribution to the manager, team and organisation.

Ritienne Bondin, Head of Training Unit said: “Administration, clerical and secretarial staff are the backbone of any organisation. Managers are finding that there are more and more demands placed to them every day and having efficient administrators is vital. Administrators both within a front office or back office setting can deal with day-to-day issues and are the first point of contact for different departments within the organisation and for clients and suppliers. The Office Procedures programme is an excellent way to support these individuals.”

MISCO Consulting runs a range of City & Guilds qualifications including Customer Service and Office Procedures. Two new City & Guilds courses are in fact being announced for the coming months. The first course, the Award in Office Procedures (Level 3) will be held in November 2012 whereas the second course Award in Customer Service (Level 3) will be held in February 2013.
