There seems to have been a proliferation of tattoo studios opening up in Malta. I have nothing against body art at all, in fact I actually like it.

But, I do wonder about how many people are ‘qualified’ and what health and safety standards they adopt. The Health Department does its best to ‘police’ them, but there still seems to be an issue of laxity.
