The Malta International Table Tennis Centre have increased their coaching staff.

This season besides Joe Borg Cardona and Johanna Grech, both ex Malta champions, two professional coaches namely, Viktoria Lucenkova and Steve Rowe will be at the MITTC Centres.

Viktoria Lucenkova was a Slovak national team player and also was head trainer of the Slovak Junior national team, She now still plays in the French League with Olympique Remois de Tennis de Table.

Steve Rowe is an English Table Tennis Association qualified table tennis coach and head coach at Wigan Table Tennis Club. Apart from coaching youngsters at MITTC, he will also be introducing Tiny Table Tennis and Aerobic TT for girls, both schemes performing with great success in UK.

Table Tennis coaching sessions are held regularly in two localities namely, at MITTC ‘Gymstars’ Church Street, Tarxien and at the Sliema Wanderers Club, The Point Tigne Sliema.
