So if elected, Joseph Muscat and the PL are going to create a new middle class. Where, I ask, will that leave me?

I consider myself to be middle, middle class. I own and run a small successful business that gives me a good income and a comfortable lifestyle. I own a house with a pool that is paid for, and have put three children through university. Like Franco Debono, I am a self-made man.

If Joseph Muscat is elected and somehow manages to create a new middle class, this new middle class will presumably consist of people who are currently on the lower rungs of the ladder. So, and I hope that I will not be considered facetious for asking, if and when this new middle class is created, will I automatically get bumped up to upper middle class or to lower high class, or will I stay where I am now?
