Inter playmaker Coutinho will be out for at least a month with a broken left leg. Inter says that medical tests have revealed a fracture in the Brazilian's tibia. The injury occurred during the first half of Inter's 1-0 win over Partizan Belgrade in the Europa League on Thursday. Inter is tied with Lazio for third in Serie A, four points behind Juventus and one point behind Napoli. Inter's other playmaker Wesley Sneijder is nearing a return from injury.
