Middlesea Insurance recently organised a team-building activity for its employees. Middlesea employees enjoyed a fun and engaging day at the Danish Village in Mellieha, where they completed a number of tasks aimed at improving communication and increasing mutual trust and interdependence between team members.

“Team building is central to Middlesea’s philosophy towards its employees. As the saying goes, the word TEAM stands for, “Together Everyone Achieves More.” Establishing good teamwork between employees leads to a positive climate of collaboration and commitment towards achieving the company’s goals. The event was very well received by our staff and I believe that the activity has reached its intended aims,” said Mr Chris Meli, Chief Officer Human Resources at Middlesea Insurance.

The event was organised by Mr Chris Cachia from Outdoor Living and facilitated by Ms Claire Briffa and Mr Matthew Emmerson.
