Guiseppe Sofia, CEO of Conergy Italia, visited Malta last month. ElectroFix, representatives of Conergy in Malta, hosted the visit and organised visits to some of the largest Conergy installations on the island. Mr. Sofia praised Malta and ElectroFix’s quality of work. He described ElectroFix as Conergy’s ‘ideal partner’ and commended them for their commitment to energy saving solutions and quality. Mr. Sofia stressed the crucial importance of PV installations and the planning details that accompany a PV system installation.  “It is evident that ElectroFix work to incredibly high standards. A quality brand such as Conergy will only work with quality companies and it is for this reason that we are glad to have a partner like ElectroFix. We have peace of mind that every Conergy customer in Malta will receive a truly quality PV solution” concluded Mr. Sofia. Mr Sofia added, “The Mediterranean region is a storehouse of potential for free, inexhaustible and renewable energy - solar energy. Malta has all requirements for exploiting this energy source at the best. With solar radiation and energy costs among the highest in Europe, photovoltaic (PV) could have the potential to grow as a primary energy source with little government support. Despite the small dimensions of the country, at Conergy we are looking at Malta as a market with good potential.” Conergy has recently announced that its photovoltaic panel – PowerPlus now holds the number one position on the market in terms of lifetime efficiency. It also holds the strongest warranty on the market and is reported to have the lowest industry warranty claim rate. “We are incredibly proud to represent Conergy and this visit reaffirms our sentiment towards this leading brand. We are excited about the prospects and look forward to working even more closely with Conergy Italia.” commented Debbie Schembri, director at ElectroFix Energy Ltd. “We would like to invite to public to really get to know more about the superior quality and why this brand is the best on the market for the Maltese islands.” ElectroFix has established itself as one of the leaders in the energy efficiency market in Malta. They represent leading global brands including German Conergy, Masdar PV, Stiebel Eltron, Lorentz and leading solar water-heater brand, Solahart. Their leading products have been installed in some of the largest private enterprises as well as government organizations including  MIA, MCAST, Ministry of Gozo, The Archbishop’s Seminary, Ballut Blocks, and WasteServ. They have been responsible for the 2 largest commercial installations of both PV systems as well as solar water heating projects on the island.
