A company announcement said on Tuesday that Malita Investments, the Special Purpose Vehicle created to finance the Renzo Piano project at City Gate, announced that Anne Marie Tabone has resigned from the board of directors of the company on assuming office as director, Finance with the Malta Financial Services Authority.

The resignation was effective from 5 November.
