The strategic merger announced last August of the automotive and marine businesses of the Gasan Group and the Zammit Group, was recently approved by the Office for Competition. The newly formed company GasanZammit Motors Limited formally commenced its operations on the 1st November 2012.

GasanZammit Motors Limited is operating from the Gasan Centre in Mriehel which now houses all of the Automotive and Marine brands – an authentic and effective single source, if ever there was one, offering customers the largest choice of brands and models in all segments under one roof.

Stefan Deguara, CEO of GasanZammit Ltd stated that merging the combined resources of talented personnel form both companies will understandably result in better service and support for loyal, current  and prospective  clients. “In light of this merger we will be able to offer a more exciting and frequent line-up of new models for each coming year “ said Stefan. “Next year alone promises to be extremely exciting for GasanZammit with new models being launched across most car segments and budgets”

This merger, between two legacy firms with a long history in the automotive business effectively means that the newly formed company GasanZammit Motors Limited can now offer existing and future clients the largest variety of car brands and surrounding automotive services from one central location. It also positions GasanZammit Ltd as a leader within marine and motorcycle areas, offering a wide choice of internationally renowned automotive and marine brands, namely Ford, Honda, Mazda, Chevrolet, Jaguar, Volvo, Isuzu, Yamaha and Capelli.
