In a company announcement, Plaza Centres announced that it has been informed by HSBC Global Asset Management (Malta) as manager of the HSBC Malta Funds Sicav and the HSBC Malta No-Load Funds Sicav that the joint holdings of the two Sicavs in the shares of the company has been reduced from 10.88% to 8.5% of the company’s total issued share capital.

The number of shares currently held by HSBC Global Asset Management (Malta) as manager of the two Sicavs is now 2,398,016 shares.
