One of the Malta Tourism Authority’s marketing strategies is to continue pushing the Maltese islands with the international younger generation. With this in mind, the MTA teamed up with the world-renowned Spanish artist Juan Magán to film the video of his new single Tu y Yo in Malta a few months ago. His fans are already enjoying the video online leading to Malta’s great locations getting a lot of attention.

Juan Magán is, at the moment, one of the known Spanish artists around the world, having created a music style, known as ‘electro latino’. In the last three years, he has achieved more than 70 million plays on YouTube, and more than 350,000 fans on Facebook, 314,000 on Twitter and more than 700,000 visits on MySpace. Today, he is one of the personalities with the greatest number of Google searches, is a trending topic on Twitter and he has performed in countries as far apart as Spain, France, USA, Germany, Morocco, Portugal, Beirut, Milan, London, Mexico and Peru.
