Siggiewi Branch, managed by Josef Debono, has won the BOV Branch of the Year award for the period 2011/2012. The nominations were reviewed by two panels of nine employees each, drawn from across the bank. The award recognises and rewards the outstanding performance of the winning branch from the Bank’s 44 branches. Siggiewi Branch was selected on the basis of the attainment of its business objectives within a framework of good corporate governance and an excellent level of customer service, in line with the Bank’s Brand Promise. “Whilst congratulating the winner, our appreciation goes to all those who participated in this year’s event, which in itself serves as a team-building experience for the participants. The submissions were of a high standard and highlighted the efforts of the people at our front line to be supportive to our customers, striving to provide an added value service,” BOV’s Executive Head, Branch Network, Alan Cassar said. “I would like to endorse Alan's message in congratulating all branch staff for the commitment, hard work and untiring efforts to offer a high level of customer service. This award is the result of each staff performing a key role within the team to provide the quality service that has been acknowledged through the selection process.” added BOVs Chief Officer, Personal Banking Peter Perotti.
