Training managers and members of the corporate HR team of Corinthia Hotels International flew into Malta recently to attend a three-day 7 Habits of Highly Effective People™ Signature programme, followed by an intensive day of facilitation training, enabling them to train staff within CHI in the 7 Habits principles.

The managers, led by Franco Valletta, Chief Officer – Organisation Development & HR, came from Corinthia hotels in London, St Petersburg, Prague, Lisbon, Khartoum, Tripoli and the three Malta hotels as well as from head office.

The trainer during the four days was Jimmy Naudi, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and an accredited FranklinCovey facilitator, who conducted the sessions at the Corinthia Palace Hotel, Attard.

Mr Naudi led a number of discussion sessions during which group and plenary sessions brought out various learning points that the participants appreciated and found most interesting.

“We are excited about the relationship that has just begun with CHI and we are actively looking to deepen and broaden its scope,” Mr Naudi said.
