Barracuda receives platinum award

As part of its Customer Loyalty Scheme, Maltese wine maker Emmanuel Delicata, recently presented the Barracuda Restaurant with a Platinum Award.

Delicata’s Managing Director Mr. V. George Delicata and Mario Delicata presented the restaurant owner Mr. Walter Cassar with a framed certificate and a personalised 3 litre double magnum of Gran Cavalier Merlot at a special seafood Sunday lunch held to commemorate the achievement.

Delicata’s Loyalty Scheme rewards clients who have been loyal purveyors of Delicata wines for a number of years. There are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond levels of achievement. Barracuda’s Platinum Award was given in recognition of over 30 years of successful trading between the two companies dating back to 1981.

Guests and diners who attended the seafood lunch were given complimentary free flowing premium wines to accompany their meal. The D.O.K. Malta wines served included Gran Cavalier Sauvignon Blanc, Grand vin de Hauteville Viognier, Grand vin de Hauteville Shiraz Cabernet, Medina Rose Grenache Syrah and Delicata’s Liqueur wine Grand vin de Hauteville Moscato.
