As part of Air Malta’s repositioning and goal to put customers first, the airline has announced plans for a complete overhaul of the Flypass frequent flyer programme.
The new customer loyalty scheme, earmarked to be launched next summer, will aim at providing Frequent Flyers with a product that meets the needs of today’s customers. Flypass members will be provided with further information in advance of the changes to assure a smooth transfer of their account balances from the current system to the new one.
Air Malta will be issuing a Request For Proposals for the design and management of a new customer loyalty platform. The RFP aims to take advantage of new technological improvements available on the market.
