The photo included shows my property and such people have no chance to think other than to litter someone`s house.

This is unacceptable, at night and especially at day time when people are passing by.

How many times do the citizens of Swieqi ask for surveillance and they are never heard. I’d love to know who these three men are and give them a share of other litter instead.
