Following a challenging and fast-paced 2012 Dhalia Real Estate Services held its annual awards ceremony at the Excelsior Hotel in Valletta. The event is held each year to mark the continued growth of the company, and to reward those that have particularly contributed to that growth.

The event, held on the 26th January, began by recognising the top performers in four key categories. Bruce Dowling was named the Top Letting Consultant, while Neville Sciberras won an award for being Dhalia's Top Manager.

Of course, the real estate world is a sales focused industry and the company's top sellers were also rewarded. Aldo Briffa at the company's Fgura branch took the award for the most units sold during 2012, while Sandra Grech from the Birkirkara branch won the award for the largest commissions generated.

"The real estate market never stops changing. After three decades in this business I am sure of that. But that is what makes this industry so challenging and rewarding," Chris Grech, chairman and CEO of Dhalia Real Estate Services said. "That also means that we won't stop changing as a company, and so we have many new initiatives planned for 2013."

In closing the awards ceremony, Mr Grech also thanked the staff at Dhalia for their hard work and dedication during 2012, and placed special emphasis on the strong atmosphere of teamwork and co-operation that exists within the company.

"Finally, I would also like to thank our customers who have placed their trust in the Dhalia brand and who continue to support our growth and development through their loyalty. We owe much to them and look forward to helping them achieve their property dreams in 2013," he concluded.
