I would like to convey my heart-felt thanks and gratitude to the surgeons, doctors and all the medical staff at the Emergency and Urology Wards 1 and 2 at Mater Dei Hospital, where I underwent major urgent surgery towards the end of January. 

The dedication and professional support of these people have been crucial to my recovery. My thanks are also extended to the rest of the wards’ staff, mainly the nursing aides and domestics whom I came into contact with on a daily basis, for their meticulous cleaning and serving of food. The high quality of the food served is also to be commented on.
