Juventus maintained their six-point lead over second placed Napoli after a 1-1 draw at the San Paolo stadium on Friday evening.

The league leaders had the better start and a Chiellini header gave them the advantage after just 11 minutes.

Napoli appeared confused and Juventus could have doubled the score but Vucinic had his shot deflected to a corner by a splendid De Sanctis.

Late in the first half Napoli piled up the pressure and Inler hammered home the equaliser, his shot taking a deflection off Bonucci.

The second half was spectacular with both sides seeking the winning goal. But in the end the status quo remained for Juve to make another step forward towards the title.
