Reference is made to the article entitled “My building is being held to ransom” (TMIS, 24 February) in which the experience of Karen Costin in her dealings with members of the local architectural profession and others was mentioned.

I wish to inform you that the Kamra tal-Periti (Chamber of Architects and Civil Engineers) takes such allegations made against the profession very seriously and as such it will be investigating the issues raised.
