The Victoria Hotel threw a birthday party in  honour of a special guest last month.

Over the past 39 years, Christine Edge, a British national, has made Malta her second home. The love story with the island began in 1974 with Ms Edge coming back year after year.

Ms Edge has stayed at the Victoria Hotel in Sliema over the last 12 years.  “It is excellent value for money and we are really taken care of here. I have made friends here, the atmosphere is relaxing ad it feels like home away from home.”
 

Last month she was back to Malta on her 65th birthday and the Victoria Hotel Management decided to throw a party in her honour.
