A new CEO for the Alert Group of Companies

The Alert Group Board is pleased to announce that John Ambrogio has been appointed Group CEO with immediate effect.

With 28 years of executive management experience in a number of major local ICT companies, Mr Ambrogio is well known in the industry for his leadership skills in heading multi-disciplinary teams of ICT practitioners to deliver business critical solutions in various local and international economic sectors. For the last two and a half years Mr Ambrogio has been the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the eSkills Alliance-Malta, a coalition of academia, educators, MCST, the ITBS of the Chamber of Commerce and MITA, brought together to help reduce the eskills gap in business, industry and society in general. Welcoming Mr Ambrogio to his new role, Claudine Cassar, Executive Chairman of Alert Group stated “''I am delighted to announce that John Ambrogio has agreed to join us as Chief Executive. The Boards of the companies in the Alert Group are confident that with this appointment, the three Alert companies presently making up the Group now have both the leadership and the team required to build on their existing strengths and develop in the new directions that will ensure future sustainability and growth.
