Reading yesterday’s edition of The Malta Independent I noticed that no less than six cabinet members of this new administration are abroad or, more precisely, preparing their luggage bag to leave the Island. This list includes Michael Farrugia who is (or was) in London , Leo Brincat who was in Dublin, Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, Deputy Prime Minister Louis Grech and Foreign Minister George Vella who are going for the Joseph Calleja concert in Paris and Edward Scicluna who was in Washington lately.  Once it was said that you have to join the navy to see the world. Nowadays you only have to be in a cabinet to have the same adventure. Having such a comfortable majority this new government did not need any pairing agreement to the opposition.
