No comment would have been just right for these pictures as they are self-explanatory, but I feel I have to say a few words.  

Our ancestors built Hagar Qim and the other temples on these islands and we erected this modern box of the so-called Visitors’ Centre. The temples have withstood the test of time but part of the box was blown away in last week's windstorm!

Now we will have to deal with the damage done to the covered sites with the droppings of the birds and the dry atmosphere underneath the covers.
