The University of Malta will be offering a course leading to the Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Theology at the University Gozo Campus as from October.

The BA in Philosophy and Theology, to be offered at the Gozo Campus on a part-time basis, is an exciting programme of studies aimed at students who have an interest in the fundamental questions of human existence. While issues concerning the nature of reality, morality, politics as well as a host of other subjects are examined from both philosophical and theological perspectives, the programme also demarcates areas of study that are exclusive either to philosophy or to theology.

In this way the student will be exposed to the specific richness of both traditions that constitute the formative basis of a European cultural identity.

The course is spread over 5 academic years and lectures will be held on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. 

The course will be offered subject to there being a sufficient number of qualified applicants.
