The University of Malta will be offering a new taught MA in Contemporary Western Philosophy as from October. This is a postgraduate course aimed at those students who want to delve deeper into the challenges posed by philosophical problems. Courses in this programme include ethics and society, metaphysics, logic and laughter, as well as philosophical theories of the media, communication, surveillance and artificial intelligence. 

The course will be offered during the day on a full-time (3 semesters) and part-time (6 semesters) basis.
