Malta Sotheby’s International Realty appoints UK representative

Soon after CSB Group announced their introduction of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand to Malta, Malta Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the appointment of a dedicated UK representative, Richard Elliot Square.

The move is aimed at establishing a company presence in London, UK, which will allow Malta Sotheby’s International Realty to build closer ties with UK-based clients. Mr Richard Elliot Square will be responsible for client relations between Malta Sotheby’s International Realty and its UK-based clients in efforts to enter the vast UK market. Apart from the various tax and fiscal benefits that Malta carries with it, investing in property on the island remains an attractive proposition for the UK market with the Maltese market achieving strong appreciation.

Richard Elliot-Square - an Investment Banker based in London, Vancouver and Zurich is CSB Group’s Representative in London. During the course of his career he has been involved in many ventures that have given him access to a wide network of contacts. Having lived and worked in the UK, USA, Bermuda, the Middle and Far East, he has been a Director of several companies in UK and USA, and been a Founder of several publicly quoted corporations including Telecom Plus PLC (UK) and Channel i Limited (USA). He was Commissioned as an Army officer in 3rd Dragoon Guards, (Royal Scots Dragoon Guards), and since leaving the Army, he has been involved in many aspects of international business including trade funding, the manufacture of motor vehicles, banking and broking, import and export as well as being invested in Oil and Gas and other minerals companies.

Richard Elliot-Square specialises in introducing investment banking and venture capital projects and has recently been successful in the re-structuring and funding of several publicly quoted companies in the UK and North America. He also acts as an adviser to a number of international companies and has invested in a number of small cap businesses.
