Brazil midfielder Paulinho has revealed Tottenham have made an official bid for him but he will not decide his future until after the Confederations Cup, the BBC reports.

The 24-year-old Corinthians player told BBC Sport he was considering the offer but that nothing was certain.

Speaking after Brazil’s 4-2 win over Italy, he said: "There is an official offer from Tottenham to Corinthians.

"But, as I did when there was an Inter Milan offer, I'll sit and decide with my family before I make any decision."

Paulinho did not play in Saturday's match having picked up an ankle injury.

Midfielder Brett Holman has left Aston Villa by mutual consent  and is set to join Dubai club Al Nasr, The BBC reports.

The Australia international, 29, joined Villa last summer on a free transfer after his contract expired at Dutch club AZ Alkmaar.

Holman, who started 16 league games for Villa will now undergo a medical.

Walter Mazzarri has withdrawn his reservations for the purchase of Aleksandar Dragovic. The Austrian National - preferred to Danilo - has a price tag of between 8 and 10 million euro. The Swiss club Basle is not accepting counterparts and Inter are seriously thinking of selling Ranocchia to go for the Austrian.

Dragovic is not exactly a new name for Inter and, more generally, for the top European clubs. Even United, City, Dortmund and Hamburg have made ??timid attempts to snatch the player.
