Transfer news: PSG tempted by Cavani, Seville go for Montolivo

Malta Independent Monday, 24 June 2013, 10:00 Last update: about 13 years ago

According to Le Parisien, PSG sporting director Leonardo, currently in Brazil, is considering a move for Edison Cavani, whose buyout clause is set at 63 million euro.

Looking forward to formalize the arrival of Laurent Blanc as coach, the Parisian club remains active on the market. The biggest barrier to get to the Matador remains the buyout clause set at 63 million with De Laurentiis that does not seem willing to make concessions.

But Cavani however, is not the only goal in PSG's attack: in fact, like Luis Suarez , the Uruguayan Cavani and as eager to leave Liverpool. The news does not stop there, however: as regards other departments, the first purchase might be Lucas Digne. Digne is estimated 15 million Euros.

Seville are believed to be considering a swoop for Milan midfielder Riccardo Montolivo, but Milan are set to reject their advances.

Seville could be offering at least €20 million for the player, who is expected to be named Milan captain following the departure of Massimo Ambrosini.

The Spanish side are seeking a replacement for Negredo, who will join Atletico Madrid, but it is highly unlikely that Milan will succumb to the temptation.
