Transfer news: Man City have competition from Real Madrid for El Shaarawy

Real Madrid wants Stephan El Shaarawy and puts Kaka and money on the plate in order to tempt Milan. Carlo Ancelotti, new coach of the Los Merengues, has given the green light for the operation to go ahead. 

The Rossoneri want to €40 million, but Adriano Galliani also would like to have the Brazilian back and €25 million in cash. Kaka is ready to reduce his salary to return to AC Milan at the San Siro.

El Shaarawy seems destined to leave Milan for Real Madrid or Manchester City.  Galliani also reiterated on Monday, when he announced Montolivo captain, that he has never forgotten the Brazilian: "Richard is a name that I'm glad to say reminds me of Kaka." Kaka is prepared to cut down his salary by half to return to the club that made him famous.

After renouncing to Diamanti and Pastore, whoses costs are too high, Milan continue to monitor the market in search of a playmaker useful for the new module that will be presented next season. The new name is Menez, former Roma player, put on the market by the PSG.
