Chelsea and Spurs are continuing to monitor Hulk, after Zenit St Petersburg confirmed he is aware of the interest shown by both clubs, the Daily Express reports.
The 26-year-old has been followed closely in the past couple of months by Chelsea, with Jose Mourinho being reportedly told he had the backing of owner Roman Abramovich to make a £40 million bid for his services
Spurs as well are looking to make attacking reinforcements, and have already received a £6m bid from Besiktas for Emmanuel Adebayor.
Though Hulk's salary could provide a road block to negotiations, he has not ruled out the possibility of a move to the Premier League.
